As you can see I couldn't wait to put some of my first aid gear on the outside and it has plenty of room inside for the essential items I wanted to keep handy. This is an excellent first aid bag for every day use. I keep it near my work area for emergencies.

Great quality, excellent price and attached perfectly to my molle pack. Bought a 250 pc. first aid kit at Walmart and fit perfectly inside. Would recommend to others.

It’s a little on the larger side for a belt carry, but in a carrier or pack this is great. I still plan on fitting this onto my belt, too, I just know that there are smaller ones out there. There some good elastic dividers inside, and overall it can hold a good bit. The tear-away feature is awesome and feels like 7/10 solid. Overall the quality is pretty good and I expect this to hold up for at least a few years.

Exactly as described! Even better than it needs to be for airsoft, this thing could stand up in the field.

I was shocked at how well made this is for the money. I carry an IFAK all the time and instead of moving one from place to place , I decided to build one for each vehicle and my tool box. These bags made this move very affordable. Strong zippers and rugged material with very positive stitching. The internal layout is very serviceable. I was surprised because I didn't read about the tear away Velcro mounting and this is a huge pulse. I would highly recommend it if you would like to build multiple kits or just one.

perfect for what I need it for love the quick detachment. wanting for the rest on my med kit to come in hopefully everything fits in there without issue and not too heavy. Was scared it was not going to be good but a lot of stuff on this app is good quality.

The First Aid Pouch is better than what I expected. It's perfect! Not only will I have more than enough area to store every type of medical dressing, liquids and the necessary minor surgical equipment, etc...all in this great kit.

Larger than some of its type, it has the full rip off molly panel, tightening strap with strap organizing keeper, and quick release center pull. better than many I have had. inside has both vertical and horizontal storage oportunities. There is a foldout mesh bag zippered to hold small items. would recommend
